Job Description: Oswego Health Center: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

As a Facilities Staff member with NOCHSI you will maintain and clean all areas of the facility including patient rooms, restrooms, hallways and the lobby area. Must be able to vacuum and mop floors. Some lifting is required. Small maintenance duties might be necessary. Must be flexible with schedule and able to travel, if necessary, to other sites and be willing to take direction from the Facilities Supervisor.
Must comply with organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policies.


Job Requirements: Previous cleaning experience helpful, but not necessary
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to work independently and be aware of self-protection from infection and overall infections control
Must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position

Schedule varies upon center location

As a LPN with NOCHSI you will escort patients into examination rooms, initiating chart documentation, in compliance with all local, state and federal requirements. Maintain a timely flow of patients according to the day’s schedule. To perform task and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed physician, dentist or other licensed care provider legally authorized under this title and in accordance with the commissioner’s regulation. Complete other duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision.

Job Requirements: Graduate of a certified Nursing Program, with a license to practice practical nursing. Must possess a willingness to accept direction from providers and supervisors; must possess the ability to work well and with compassion in stressful situations; must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with both patient and co- workers; must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position. CPR certification is a requirement.

Director of Clinical Support

Job Description: The Director of Clinical Support reports to the Chief Medical Officer, and monitors and coordinates the day-to-day clinical support operations to assure optimal clinical support to providers allowing the provision of quality and efficient medical care services to patients. This position works with the Senior Medical Leadership and provider team to support provider practice activities and implements continuous quality improvement to ensure optimal clinical support staff performance and resource utilization.

Job Requirements: Qualified candidates must minimally be a licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of a bachelors degree. A masters degree in a health care related field preferred. Minimum five years clinical management experience, preferably in medical practice or outpatient setting. Facility with electronic medical records, health information technology, and health informatics required.

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, may vary depending on need.

As a Medical Assistant with NOCHSI you will assist clinical support with rooming patients, electronic chart documentation, recording vital signs, follow up on provider orders, phlebotomy. Assist with preparation for treatment and procedures without medication administration. Electronic preparation of prescriptions for transmission to pharmacies. Perform CLIA lab controls and quality checks according to policy schedule. Schedule patient appointments according to guidelines. Any other clinical duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision.


Job Requirements: Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant Program and have job training. Must demonstrate computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and electronic medical record systems. Patient Access Representative

Job Description: Mexico Health Center (FT) Monday & Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pulaski Health Center (PT) Mon. - Thurs. 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm, Fri. 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Sat. 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

A Patient Visit Coordinator/ Greeter with NOCHSI must foster patient service skills acting as a patient advocate, making certain all of their needs are met.
This position will greet patients, visitors and representatives to the center, directing them to appropriate offices. Will take accurate HUM notes/messages when needed, Will verify Insurance coverage (Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care) and get authorization if needed. Will initiate encounters for patients seen and direct patients to proper clerk for any information changes. Must comply with organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policies.


Job Requirements: High School Graduate/ Equivalency, with medical/office billing experience preferred.
Must be courteous and tactful
Must possess the ability to firmly purse payment on accounts.
Must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspect of the position.
